"Why is tolerance important"Tolerance means understanding people, changing your perspective about people by practicing respect and accepting one another's differences.It is the ability to or willingness to accept the opinion or behavior of one another.

 Living is about being happy in your relationship with one another by tolerating each other's differences. In business  tolerance helps employees build the right understanding among themselves and use the differences in them for the  overall benefits of the business. Tolerance in business encourages team work and open exchange of ideas and allow for options to choose from whenever it is necessary to do so. Lack of tolerance in business disrupt team work and company progress and encourages an un-ethical behavior among employees at work place. Tolerance is the ability or willingness to tolerate the existence of opinion or behavior that one dislike s or disagree with, it is a good way of accepting people  whose characters of opinion, belief, religion or ethnicity etc differs from yours. Tolerance is important because it allows and help people to live peacefully, even when they live in a way that you least expect or you don't like. Tolerance is about responsibility and acceptability in our everyday existence , your ability to tolerate pave way for peaceful co_existence in our society. It is also the power to live as one , work as one, reason as one and form a formidable team to achieve a particular goal.
