"What is Efficient" Efficient means working or performing responsibility or task quickly and being effective in a well organized manner more exactly as expected. Working or performing activities in the best possible way that produces the best result without much waste. It is the power to give and get maximum desired results without waste of time, material and energy.

 Efficient and efficiency are two English words in the form of adjective and noun , being efficient means performing task quickly and effectively in an organized manner. Working or performing responsibility in the best possible way that produces the best of results without waste, the power to perform activities to get maximum desired results without waste of time, material and energy.In modern day business, most task are now performed  with equipment to make business activities and task more efficient . The use of machine and equipment in business has complimented human efforts in reducing material waste, making task easier and faster and by reducing the amount of human energy involved in any available activities or operation.An efficient person is a person who completes a task quickly and effectively without wasting time, material and energy as expected, To be efficient is to have the ability or capability to perform a  task effectively and successfully too, being able to avoid waste of time,material, and energy during task. Being efficient is about having skill and knowledge in what you do. Your skill or knowledge allow you make good judgement on task,it makes you faster, and makes you avoid unnecessary waste of material and energy. Afar from this example, let's not forget that knowledge is power, power to act both physically, mentally, morally and legally too. our efficiency depends on our ability to function effectively and successfully according to rule and requirements on task and responsibilities in any situation.
