"what is quality" quality is a standard, it is the rating of the value of goods and services. Quality is recognition and impression of something like goods and services, leadership, human character, government and politics alike. Quality is about something being good or bad in comparison.

Quality is our standard and performance, our rating and recognition. The standard of something when compared with others like it, quality is the characteristics of something good or bad, high or low, it is the state or condition of the standard of something as perceived by people or audience. Quality as a standard is relative to goods and services, human character, leadership, government actions and many other factors that requires  improvement and modification. Quality requires that standard be improved to a certain level of acceptability.  The qualities of something may be compromised by so many reasons which includes,(a) lack of fund or unnecessary cost cut, (b) management decision,(c)  lack of skills by work men , d, leadership or government action and many others.Good  leadership improves the quality of lives of citizens, goods and services. where's government actions can also improve or reduce the qualities of goods and services  but not limited to the improvement of quality lives for citizens. . Quality is performance, action and standard.  Improvement in quality of goods and services is dependent on many factors , example competition, management actions and decisions, professionalism, leadership skill , availability of fund, government actions and legislation leading to improvement in the quality of  lives of citizens and social amenities. The qualities of honesty, truthfulness, trustworthy and leadership is associated with humans and characters, while the qualities of goods and services is associated with you things .The qualities achievable depends on training and orientation,  professionalism, descipline and many others. Quality is  the standard and reputation of being   good or bad in comparison.
