"What is leadership negligence"leadership negligence is the failure of the people in charge (leadership) to give enough care or attention, failure to carry out responsibility of leadership as expected. Not attaching importance to responsibility. An awkward attitude by heads and leaders. Failures to be responsible to people and communities under their constituecy.

  In business today, leadership is a necessity for growth and success, the performance of any business depends on the quality of it's leadership. Good Leadership attracts more businesses and commands  respect in the eyes of the public and competitors alike . Bad leadership is the opposite of good leadership, good leadership in business transforms all business department. It improves the welfare of it's workers , improves products quality and many others. Leadership negligence is the failure of responsibility from people in authority otherwise known as leaders(leadership),the failure to give enough care or attention to the people they lead and their constituencies. It is the failure of leaders to act accordingly, failure to be responsible to the people and communities under your Leadership. Leadership and community development against the backdrop of negligence and insensitivity . Leadership negligence and insensitivity now a burden to citizens and communities, the community is the association of people within a neighborhood and under the local council authority. The modern day government be it local state or federal government have failed to develop the communities leaving the responsibility to the inhabitants of the areas or communities in question, especially in third world countries like Nigeria where people and communities levy themselves to provide social amenities like electricity, water and roads to mention but a few. It's interesting to know that fund meant for these projects are often shared among party leaders and loyalists under the watchful eye of the executives, the lack of social amenities in almost all local areas and communities are quite embarrassing and the deplorable condition of existing ones makes them more of a death trap. Most times citizens get agitated and frustrated by government inability or refusal to perform their constitutional responsibility. Bad leadership leads to protest and civil disobedience in most countries including Nigeria.
