In business , men and women of integrity are required as members of board of directors , 50 percent  staff recruitment are also based on the integrity of employees and the people that recommend them for employment. Men and women of integrity have a better chance of occupying important positions in society,in government and in business, the integrity of a business is also measured by the quality  and integrity of its board members and   staff .  Integrity becomes an asset when moral and honesty is mentioned. The quality of being honest and having moral principles and being whole, undivided and uncompromising in actions and characters. The truthfulness of action and character equal to integrity. The ability to be a person of integrity calls for one living a life of his and not that of others, keeping to the principles of who you are no matter the situation or condition. To be a person of integrity and to maintain your integrity, you must be ready for enemies and temptations that comes with being honest.  Men of integrity have no time for petty quarrels, they make their point and their point speak for them.  A business without integrity is a business without men and women of integrity because you can't give what you don't have . Integrity is a hard earned reputation as a business and as a person. Integrity is an asset that  attract customers  in business, company or business that has integrity can easily access loan facilities from  individual, government or multinational corporations. Integrity is respect, honour and recognition.
