The ability of a business to impress customers and sustain same is it's ability to remain in business and attract more customers as well.  Impression is our feeling or opinion and the idea we get or give about something,  most times we leverage on our opinion to make life decisions .The impression we give and that which we receive determine the level of perceptions  between the giver and the receiver, the ability to process our opinion and ideas will also create an impression about us. Good or bad impression is dependent on the ability to process opinions and ideas received for the benefits of others. Creating the right impression is good for business and off business, the impression we give and receive either in business or as individual defines who we are. Impression is our package at some point or situation that we give  and receive from people and business, it is wise and advisable that we create good impression both as a person and business for integrity sake. Our impression is our recognition, our trust and our quality. Impression can be deceitful, a wrong impression is a wrong judgement about a person, something or business. Making the right impression is like making the right judgement.
