"What is assistance" Assistance is a help,, encouragement, surpport or favor to people , individuals , group, organisation or government who need them. It is our contributions to those who need what they don't have or what they can't afford.

 Assistance in business can come in forms of merger and aquisition, big establishments and government do loan there staff to other companies and countries that lack qualified workers  to develop and train them. Companies and countries also accept less qualified staff from others for training . These arrangements are forms of assistance in business and government. Governance itself is a business.  Assistance is a help,and an act of encouragement to people, individual or group who are in need of it to move ahead or achieve a purpose in business and government . It could be by way of advice, suggestions, exchange of ideas, gifts in cash and in kinds. Many people made it in life through help by individual and  companies, people also take loans as a form of assistance  from banks and individual. Seek and provide assistance when necessary for no man is an island, no man, individual or group can have complete existence without help from another. Learn to help as a way of life for gain and as a favor to others, it's interesting to know that companies, organization and government offer shares and bonds respectively to the public to raise fund at some point to execute some of their projects. Assistance comes in so many ways and forms. Consultants offer advisory services to make money and those who need them receive to achieve a purpose. Assistance can be for favor and for gain.
