"What is management" Management is the act of controlling a business or an organization that functions like a business, it is also a discipline or course of study in the university . Management is about how to control a business, people and resources including ideas.it is the act or knowledge of dealing with people or situation successfully in an informed manner.

 In business ,the management or management team is responsible for  planning, decision making, organisation, motivation and other activities and functions needed for the running of the business. Management in business is of many types example, financial, marketing, sales, human resources etc.  Management is the system of controlling a business or other organizations that have the characteristics of a business, it is also a course of study in the university on how to manage business , people and resources at any particular time or situation.The people who controls or manage a business or an organization are the management or management team, management is the act and knowledge of dealing with people, business or an organization or situation successfully in an informed manner. Management therefore, is a way of  controlling and dealing with things or  people, and  the activities of setting the system of an organization and it's workers.  Management is the ability to co-ordinate, control, plan and manage situations which means that the management of any business or similar organization is liable for any form of non performance, recklessness, embezzlement , misappropriation and administrative failure etc. Management is the act of controlling and managing a business concern , people and resources.
