 Unfairness is the opposite of fairness,  not having the opportunity to make a choice in any situation is a disadvantage , it deprives one the opportunity of  choice . Example, some persons are happy for their look while some are not happy and they  can't change anything because nature have not given them that opportunity. Same thing is applicable to countries in terms of either it's location or availability of mineral resources. In business, not having opportunity to make a choice on what to produce , where to locate your business and how to manage it will be unfair to entrepreneurs and their business. People keep talking about unfairness in relative to fellow human forgetting entirely that life itself is unfair from the word go, as a matter of fact the world is characterized by uncertainty and as such too hostile for people to live in.
